It provides support and pain relieve during recovery and it can also prevent further injury by assisting movement and stability.
Instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation. IASTM (Grastin)
IASTM instruments are used to mobilizing scar tissue and myofascial adhesions. Its usually done by applying a stroking force with a specific instrument in a specific direction. Improves mobility and helps the body to relay tissue that’s been damaged or tight. Used on a variety of conditions e.g. tennis elbow or fascial foot pain and much more.
Afferent Input technique, this focuses on non-traumatic muscle imbalances and balances the muscle system using specific spinal adjustments.
McKenzie technique for low back care. These are forms of exercises and protocols to follow when rehabbing a low back condition.
