Miriam gained a master’s degree in Chiropractic from McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 2018. This enables her to recognise and treat a wide variety of imbalances within the body. She is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, passionate about improving patient’s health and wellness by providing individually tailored treatment plans. Additionally, she is experienced within the field of neuro-rehabilitation (physiotherapy), cultivated over 11 years of working professionally within the NHS.
Miriam has a professional, compassionate and holistic person-centred approach to supporting your recovery, using McTimoney, SOT, Activator and Diversified chiropractic techniques. Other techniques include Soft Tissue and Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Technique, Neuro-Muscular Technique (working with trigger points) and Kinesiology Taping. Additionally, she gives on-going postural advice to help accelerate your recovery and maintain your future health. Treatments are suitable for people of any age and neuro-musculo-skeletal condition (elderly, young, athletes, even pregnancy).
In Miriam’s free time she enjoys daily meditation, a toning and strengthening exercise regime and spending time in nature (walking, cycling, skiing) with her family.
